Shipping Policy
Free Shipping:
We offer free Economy shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (Colorado residents please see "State-Specific Policies" below).
United States customers (Colorado residents please see "State-Specific Policies" below):
If any shipping method other than Economy is selected, the order is processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 2:30pm Eastern Time. If an Economy shipping method is selected, the order is processed and shipped within two (2) business days. Orders are processed during normal business hours.
Customers will automatically be emailed a tracking number when the order ships. If the tracking number is non-active, please allow one (1) business day for the carrier to update the tracking status. Any delays in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and are not eligible for reimbursement of any shipping fees.
For security reasons, the carrier may require an adult signature upon delivery. More information will be provided by the carrier with respect to signature collection. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any order, including but not limited to those that do not meet our security requirements or orders shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Any failed delivery attempts that result in the order being returned to our facilities will be subject to a $35 intercept fee deducted from the total refund.
State-Specific Policies
Colorado:
We are legally required to charge a Retail Delivery Fee of $0.28 in accordance with state (of Colorado) law. This fee is non-negotiable and is remitted to the state of Colorado in compliance with requirements set by the Colorado Department of Revenue, Taxation Division. Delivery Dates & Refunds:
All delivery dates are estimates and subject to change. In the event of late or otherwise delayed orders, shipping fees are unable to be discounted or refunded.
International customers:
All international orders will be shipped within three business days via the selected shipping method. We are not responsible for any delays or other interruptions caused by international customs or other reasons.
